Ou bien aux petits coups de fils par ci, par l\u00e0. Peut-\u00eatre pour ne pas trop para\u00eetre intrusif dans la vie et le travail de vos collaborateurs et pour les laisser en autonomie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Cependant, il reste n\u00e9cessaire de continuer d\u2019<b>entretenir une certaine relation<\/b> avec vos collaborateurs. Surtout en cette p\u00e9riode particuli\u00e8re, dans laquelle nous sommes tous un peu \u00ab\u00a0coup\u00e9s du monde\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Alors ne pensez pas que <b>couper les ponts<\/b> et <b>se restreindre \u00e0 communiquer<\/b> seulement pendant les r\u00e9unions, est LA solution. Parce que ce ne sont clairement pas ces quelques \u00e9changes qui vous permettront d\u2019entretenir ce <b>lien relationnel.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Faites-leur savoir que vous \u00eates <b>\u00e0 leur \u00e9coute,<\/b> qu\u2019ils peuvent <b>compter sur votre soutien<\/b>\u2026 Ayez des conversations comme vous aviez l\u2019habitude d\u2019avoir. Comme vous avez l\u2019habitude, vous <b>continuez de manager<\/b> vos \u00e9quipes de la <b>m\u00eame mani\u00e8re<\/b> que vous le faites <b>en pr\u00e9sentiel<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">En pr\u00e9sentiel, vous aviez peut-\u00eatre l\u2019habitude d\u2019\u00eatre <b>dans le contr\u00f4le<\/b>, vous allez vite vous rendre compte qu\u2019il est <b>difficile de tout contr\u00f4le<\/b>r \u00e0 distance. Mais que votre comportement peut vite avoir des <b>r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives<\/b> sur le moral vos \u00e9quipes\u2026 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 para\u00eetre intrusif et ne leur laisser aucune autonomie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Ou bien encore si vous \u00e9tiez plut\u00f4t le genre manager proche de vos collaborateurs, <b>toujours disponible <\/b>pour eux.
